Power Platform University Hub - Educational Institution Asks

This form is used to collect the information required from an educational institution to participate in the University Hub. If you are a student, ask a faculty member to fill out this form.

Notice: By submitting the information in this form, you are giving Microsoft, consent to contact you for follow-up communication and share university and student information with PMI (Program Management Institute) and Adobe Learning Manager.

What is your email address? *

What email address(es) would you like to give access to your educational institution's admin report?

The admin report includes overall and individual student progress through the University Hub courses and certifications. Please write the email address(es) as a comma-separated list.

What is the name of the educational institution? *

This is the display name we will use on the University Hub for your tenant's users

What is the tenant name / id you would like to give access to the University Hub? *

Tenant name is something like @microsoft.com while tenant id is a GUID. This needs to match the tenant name / id of the student AAD accounts you would like to give access to the University Hub. What color do you want the University Hub branding to be for your educational institution? *

This will be the color used for the side panels including the menu. It will be displayed behind the logo you uploaded earlier, so please keep that in mind when choosing what color to use. Please submit this as an RGB hexcode, e.g. #0000FF is blue

What is the logo of the educational institution? *

This will be displayed alongside the name of the educational institution for your tenant's users, and may be included in marketing or promotion of the University Hub program. Note it will be displayed in a square aspect ratio of 157px by 157px so please upload a square logo or it might get cropped / stretched in an unexpected way
